My focus will be on family interactions at meal times and promoting not only healthy eating but also healthy interactions between parents and children when food is involved. I will also offer individual counseling on general nutrition, as well as specific issues of weight, diabetes, and other nutrition related issues including a slight emphasis on sports nutrition.
